3610 help after i press power button phone switch on then after 2 to 3 - 4 second switch off. no insert simcard display, contact service, startup logo display only light on then switch off. i try to full flash with 3610 full flash then phone is dead use rolis soft i select model for reading and writing for flashing (3350 5210). sorry for my bad english.

Try update/calculate FAID. Use Eeprom tools 3.1
just press magnifying glass!!

Try KNOK and use 3330 config to reflash again.

I have tried to flash 3610 with knok with different model selection,but its giving error can't prepare phone.With dark shell its showing bad ram.
It is working with rollis,but phone is dead now.
Windls 2.0 flash the phone but same dead phone.
Kindly help me to alive this phone,I have mcu ppm & full flash help me which soft is working with this model.

try to reflow falsh ram, if not worked than try to change them
+ it seems u have also ccont damagaed - try to reflow /change that....

I have same problem but with 5510 I tried this soft that flash EXT UI DSP but didnot work...any help?

Use knok and choose 3610 type.Just flash with full flash and then you can fix the imei and set quick faid(You can Backup from good phone,if you don't have a flash files).Here is the link for knok with add on 3610 type.
