When you use latest version of Maintenance some users had few problems


Your not allowed to update this PACK !


The solution for this problem remains in contacting support team. We will reactivate your account as maybe something weird happen in your account. To solve it use the form from the first post of this thread


No applet inside requested PACK !


This problem happen when your dongle it's smaller than usual. For example

Dongle space: 18176 bytes
Card OS: 109
Latest firmware: FW1_75
Required dongle space: 18624 bytes

To solve this problem you must contact hac3r2k, Steve or if your box it's under warranty with your reseller


Activation it's over even my account it's up to date


You can see the following message

Connecting to server...
Asking server for access ...
Account is expired ! Please contact steve@furiousteam.com
Time needed - 00:00:02

And you paid recently or your account should be working.

Solution: Use form from the first post of the thread and we will check the ending data and update it.

Any other possible problems will be added
