What binds they two? Business I would presume. If its business are they having a joint venture? If yes the project must have been JAF. On what terms would be my next question ? Equal partners? I quess not? I f they are equal partners why would both charge different prices for P-keys that work on the same box .
Assuming this scenery, whose p-keys and activations would sell more? Would we call this a fair relationship.
Under this circumstance what we see today in the BB5 cat fight was inevitable.
This is just my opinion based on the little I know about the two and my be totally wrong but would like to be informed.
