I have two mobile service centres for which I have created each one ID in this forum. I will have multiple computers in each service centre and set password remembering option in both the user IDs.
Now a system in one of my service centre has crashed and I have forgotten the password of the User ID. Now what is happening is I am trying to reset the password using the E-Mail option but I am not getting any e-mails. But I have received all emails for this user-ID in this email only, so there is no chance of the email being wrong.
Please see what can be done with this problem of mine and sort it out ASAP.
