maybe you dont setup masterbox driver , we use ftdi so maybe you have make chose wrong driver with masterbox ftdi driver ic ,pleas check again.

I try to downlolad the shell program file but the file downloaded is the driver file, please upload the correct file to support to solve this problem. i have this new box and i can`t use because not have the shell file to enter in support.

pls , i open my infinon it open and dected the pin of the phone but can not do any other funtions like read password or format it will just standstill

Installing MASTER BOX:

1) Do not Connect the MASTER BOX and PC DONGLE
2) Download and install the Installer masterbox: Setup 1.04 (http://www.mastertoolsbox.com/files/masterBox_Ver1.04.rar)
3) Connect the Box on the PC and when prompted for the driver, target directory: C: \ Program Files \ masterbox \ drivers \ wait and install the driver of the BOX.
4) Connect the dongle and the driver is prompted to install AUTOMATICALLY place
5) Now everything is installed, to run the program just see the DESKTOP, which has the
Program icon in Blue / Red (masterbox)
