hello,
i select T200, and push "read all codes"
bypassed bootstrap authority ok,
load data to phone,
and after that, show "ERROR:4017",
and surprize!!! phone death!!!
i tryed with "reset gdfs", same error desplayed.
i flash te phone, now is powering on!,
but imei is 099999-00-123456-,
lcd contrast low, and all 4 lock levels closed.
contrast can be set but dont wanna be stored...
at next boot same low contrast. (foggy).
what to do?
maybe to writte GDFS, but no file for this.
please help.

I was talking about T200, it seems imei area is destroyed. Are you sure IMEI was good ? Also, no solution for now, only DIV can help you. They sell full equipment for flashing empty boards.

Seem that it is a hardware problem. EEPROM area was bad and when you overloaded it with codes reading, it has fully crashed.
You need new chips for yout T200. Also it seem, that flash and EEPROM are in one chip. That is the matter of no power on after flashing.

T200 is tough.
some T200 damaged (4 locks closed) when use logger , Terminator or DIV6.2

never heard about terminator destroying a T200??? only the first versions of Div did it!!

i had same prob with t65 and t68i too...
Reason is flash which is bad soldered ( yes that's ericsson phones )....
Just reflow it, or better, take it off, make new balls and solder it back and everything will be fine...

i've destroyed 2 t200 by trying to clear sp with terminator 1.2
phone won't turn on
i awake them with div 6.2 now phone turn on but imei is set to 0999999123456.... like this unlucky guy ! but i saw that all locks were set to on position with counter to zero:(
I faced when i'm trying to reset gdfs : error 4097
i can flash the phone but no use !!!!

hi guys
i'm today unlock t68i 4 lock closed with cooler v1.0. t200 4 lock closed with terminator and t300 closed with ericson client. succefully repair with DIV cracked. Solution is allways use full charged battery and reset GDFS many times (for me work 20 times) no need disconnect cabel.
