Are you a technician in GSM ? If yes check U106 area and also the BT antenna, refer to the service manual[if you don;t have it ask me for it or check the forum], you will find BT troubleshooting reference in SM.

Try first a soft and hard reset [backup your personal data first!!!] by pressing :
*2767*2878# [soft reset]

*2767*3855#[hard reset]

i had a j700 with bluetooth not working and after hard reset with the code *2767*3855# the phone works well.
