Field 191=251 : C9B205AF
Field 252 : C99B3AC9DD64E10ED3B4473D936F26

with *#06# the phone display : 332221367874873 but the emei under the batterie is 332221367874875 and field 0 is : 083A23223176788457
i found that the last digit in the EMEI is not correct, the phone display : INSERT SIM with SIM inside.
I tryed to change IMEI with sagem doctor ( option C) but i must have the phone ID to do this
I can enter the hot menu with *22663262336 , it's not normal with the EMEI and VERSION i think??

Please how to find phone ID and fix this phone?

You have to modify field 0 and not IMEI. Use "Sagem Service software" by our g.o.d Razvanel ;)

I know that i must modify field 0, but in this case field 1000 can't be updated.
sagem service software not work with this phone because fields 191,251,252 and 253 are protected.

You just need to set field "0" to original value.
Sagem service software can do it W/O problems.

my freind had repaired my phone, i don't know how because he don't want to tell me the solution but i know that the field 0 is not correct ( the correct is 083A23223175788457). and phone ID is 0331710488FD, HT is 21, how he found this i don't know.
But i need some URL in english, french or italian in order to understand very good the sagem phones because almost the URL that explain the sagem phones are in german.
Help please.
