The first attempt to unlock was with v227(beta), and after that i try with v226, and the soft says PLEASE UPDATE POLAR SOFTWARE

Then, i download again v227, install, and again ERROR...Insufficient credit

Please, help.

I have remove all samsung drivers from computer,restart, and reinstalled only qualcomm drivers, and still the same problem.

its not a problem,when u install latest version,just registr again with sat,enter ur user name and pass,restart software and do ur job,must work if u have already activation lic1

1 - Reinstall PolarBox2_Update_V227(Beta)
2 - Open Polar SAT 1.2.2, and go to configuration setup,when i try to register again, polarsat say:

YOU DON'T NEED TO CREATE ACCOUNT
This box was registered previously.

If you don't remember password use Recover button. If you can't remember login then contact support.


After insert login and pass, and back to box data I click on Check credit info:

Check ur serial number of the box and send it via PM to the_Gorr or Wendigo so that they can check if ur box serial is ok somtimes Serial number currupts and we get this kind of errors.

Just done one S5230 and other F480 also so I can confirm there is no problem on server side just check if somthing wrong in the Activation of ur box or as i told in my other post BOX SERIAL

I sent three days ago, my account details, s/n of polar box, login and pass, and mail of activation to the_Gorr, to check this addon, and as you can see in previous post, i am waiting for reply.

I don´t know how difficult is to check that, for polar team supporters, but three days, i think is too much time.
