Actually don't know how to help-problem never meet before-and believe me-I flashed hundreds of GC900 before. What was phone state before flashing?

Regards,Vygis
Maybe also to try to flash with RJ45 for tests-flashing won't be finished completely, but will be possible to check if dynamic eep can be erased or not.

1-start lgi 59 and select gc900 download any of the support flashes and save to desktop.
2-get a usb lead ready for your phone and connect to a usb port on computor.
3-remove battery from phone.(make sure fully charged battery )
4.set port to vygis and press connect box.
5.when box connected were it says ke500 lead change to usb
6. now select flash tab and load flashfile.
7.now press connect phone plug usb lead into phone and and press power
phone will show lg logo and vygis will read phone when this has finished
go back to flash tab and press do jobs and then it will flash in usb mode.

this worked for me ok and the phone is working fine after having the lg logo and no boot problem hope it works for you
