and i cant found one named TDA7376B

ups i have found TDA7376B this ir power amplifer.
still need help to read bin from this radio. i have some cables max232. can i use it ?

I think you need to read motorola mcu with programmer indicate for it.

you need to use motorola cracker + interface to read this mcu

i have made cable and tryed 6.2 and 7.0 moto cracker and no sucsses to boot mcu . any ideas ?
