Actually, we do have a serious problem with a ZTE X760 phone. The problem is that we tried to unlock it but your
software says that the phone is not supported. In some forums, they advice people to downgrade the firmware.
We did that successfully. The prolem now is:
- The phone connects normally to Polabox2 but when we try to put it ON normally.....nothing...!!!

If you ask for the reason of why we're publishing this post, the answer is that after many hours of searching through the net looking for the same ancient firmware the result was the same. EXISTS ONLY IN POLARBOX SUPPORT SITE. You go to Polarsat to download the file You've only some rediculous files like A12, A15, A39........etc for old models.
We need these flash files in your support area POLAR TEAM as you announced....!!!

please many questions are posted about unlocking of some versions for this model(because x760 is supported but not all version),so the good idea is to wait untill will full supported with many firmwares files in the support area

I want to flog your allegation telling you that's not the way to ask what you need to a support(you know support mail).And so i want all Polar users to answer you as they know Polar not lying.And then i want this post not be delete,and then i don't want Polar support to answer something here.:rolleyes:

as i remember we never lied before, why will lie now ...

if u readed old post about x760 u'll se that we sayed many time this :

since we added these phone, security was changed, this is why we support only old one ...

will polar support new one ? YES we have already these phones in hand

when polar will support these phones ? NOT NOW, we have more serious updates in hand, when we finish what we already working on, will back to x760
