which version you are using??

NsPro v5.2.3 - FREE
NsPro v5.5.4 - this to more,these versions is activating and paying.

Hello!If your Box is new you don't need update.Try install v 5.2.3 and
test.If Work Download lasted version.If with new version don Open you
see one message for update Support (Pay 40€).
If don't work with any version Try with a good USB Cable connect Box
to another USB (Not in any Ext HUB) Uninstall all drivers and software.
Clean all drivers not in use in Device Manager.Install Software again
and Run.I Think you only have Problem with Drivers in Conflict.
Check This.
