What the mean's in free unlocking, if i must to fill form and
enter griffin serial number???? If i have Griffin i dont need
unlocking by WEB? True? So, give a link where, no owners
of Griffinn can calculate codes, if you want to help.

If is say it is FREE than it is FREE, we are not asking even one cent for it.

This service is not ONLY for Griffin users, if you fill the form and have no griffin, just enter in the fields Griffin distributor: NONE, Griffin serial: NONE, Griffin type: NONE

can get no responce for update griffin box need update for 1 box and second box activating for customer no answer to emails
makes suporting what you sell hard.When i sell a box to somebody and say it can be activated i like to keep my word which is hard when people who make box ignore emails.

What will hapen if , let say, Lead, put online server for reading SE codes ? Or Zulea, or anyone else. I can't ask Zfrank to close log section, this forum is free to anyone, but i've PAID for Griffin box!

Free codes are available not only on www.griffinbox.com page and a code calculator cost less than 30 usd this time. It is ridiculos to insult me because this matter. With a code calculator you cannot unlock a phone wich the code was entered many times wrong for example, and the customer have still to bring it to the dealer to do it. I see no reason for the trouble you try to make here.

We try to give to our customer a good and proffesional support, you can join it or let it, but to insult some one is really not the nicest way.

I am also still selling separately DCT4 calculator dongles and NO ONE of the customers wich habe bought one of this dongles had ever complained about this free service.

Actually, you are a customer, you have a complaint, so i will start a poll in our forum and let members vote if we should keep the service or not. The customer should have the last word, this is the most fairest way i think. Vote here:

Raskal, you're right. 30USD for DCT4 calc dongle is everywhere,

If just one of my customers unlock his phone using this STUPID service, i'll loose some $$.
You're obligated to your acting customers, not to some damn greedy guys who just want it for free. Free, means less money for us, real unlockers.
Take look at this forum log section - almost 50.000 posts, that's mean ~20.000 unlocked phones for free. In my country, that's almost 200.000 €. I have used this service too, let say, 5 times maximum. And, i gave one moto code to one guy, we all know that i've paid for that code, but guys who saw that message asked me for more, more and more.
What about people who have paid some real money for Sagem, Siemens, SE, Sendo, Nokia, etc logs and software ? We don't need that free service, and, be sure, this will kill our bussines.

Man, everybody have access to internet now. In my town, lives ~50.000 people, and we have 6000~10000 internet users now.
Even kids know about nokia codes, and i am loosing money becouse of that. So, i must be angry, my point of view is OK, your not. You need to advertise your product ? Ok, do it, i'll help you, but, don't fuc.k with your customers. Let us decide about giving free codes to anyone, we have NKCC and we can do it if we want.
It's on us, not on you to do it.
AFD and Neelix guys are only and real pro's, nothing for free, all for money. THat's the true, and you can make as many "pools" as you want, but i'll stand on this.

I don't think he is greedy, he just post his opinion. What i not agree, is that he insulted me. This is bad and no proffesional, but any way, i allready forgott it because i not really sure he is such a bad guy ;)

Mitch, i fully agree with you. Thats why i had created a poll in our forum and let the customer decide what is good and what not. We need client´s opinion to optimize our products, no matter if positive or negative opinion. Every one is welcome.

Yes i know, my provider promised allready at last monday to solve the problem, it is really not up to me. I allready canceled the contract with the provider, from 1.August we will have a new provider. This situations piss me off as well, but i can't do nothing.

we have no more online calculation since griffin users voted to remove it. Because the griffin users are our customers, we respect their decision.
