Member: 237911 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 632 | try to uninstall itunes, then after that clean your temp files (delete it) download msicuu2.exe on microsoft website and try to clean the system with all apple product, after that reboot system ... then intall again the latest version of your itunes... (you can see temp folder if you let all the hidden files shown on folder option) if you are computer user i think everything is easy to do... gudluck |

Member: 1342755 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Ok I figured out how to do it from here, Caching Apple's Signature Server - Jay Freeman (saurik) In notepad open C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts delete any line that has to do with apple and add this at the bottom: 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com Now hold the lock and home buttons for 10 sec (or until it powers down), let go of lock and just hold home until itune detects it needing a restore. The screen should be black, NOT have the "connect to itunes" icon. This is DFU mode not recovery mode. From here shift-click and restore using the .ipsw you want. |
