I have problem w/ installing new version.

But it's working with old version.

I used OS Windows7 32bit.

Action taken:
-Format my Laptop.
-Download VolcanoTool_v1.2.6.4 two times and INSTALL/UNINSTALL but still same problem.
-Disable Anti Virus and Insatall again but still the same problem.

Please give me some idea how to solve my problem.
