its for forced charging mode - they charged more than 1A. without it, or with broken ways they charging only about 400mA

Hi. I need some help. My phone it's not charging. I found that pin 2 of WNM2038-3/TR is 0v, so the VDRV is missing. How can I fix this? Thx
