Lenovo P2a42 showing "Boot Charger Loop" ?

Hi Masters,

One Lenovo P2a42 model showing "BOOT CHARGER LOOP" on the screen always. Not charging properly at all. Always blinking "100%" on the charger symbol on the right top corner?

I have already Wiped Cache data and wiped everything but the problem is not resolved?

Is this Software or Hardware issue ?

Awaiting for the perfect solution?

BR,

amit

Charging problem can hardly be caused by software ...

time to disassemble phone, check usb connector (replace if needed),
follow usb +5v line, check for shortings etc.

Also, battery may be faulty, keep that in mind.

First time, I disassembled the phone completely and took the voltage measurement on the Battery Connector. USB ampere also showing ampere 1.11! Then it might be the issue of battery?
