I used over 10 different SIMs to try and activate my iPhone 7. Most of the cards read no service. But even with the few that connected (could see carrier name) they did not allow the activation to pass. I believe if I can find out the original carrier I could get pass this

I'm going through the same situation!

I have an iPhone 7 that is not activating and displays the error: "This iPhone can not be activated for service. Please contact your Carrier or AppleCare"
