Member: 1300324 Status: Offline Sonork: Spacymobileservice Thanks Meter: 118 | iPhone 7 apple logo reboots every 3 seconds A technician remove the tray along with the gevey and sim when the phone was on which it shouldnt had been that that way, the phone should be off I guess thats what causes the problem, he check the sim reader if its damage but the sim reader is ok, he disconnected the battery for 10 minutes then reconnect and its the same apple logo stuck and rebooting issue after 3 seconds. I restored the phone through itunes it restored successfully and its the same problem, Any suggesstions???? |

Member: 731127 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 25 | one question i want to ask that you said that the technician unpluged the battery for 10 mins. did he unplugged the battery in front of you or not. if yes than try to change the battery if no then he might have changed your battery. in both cases you just try to replace the battery. that might helpful to you. reply if you find it useful. |

Member: 2662116 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | This is Main Board Issue. Yeah this is little problem iPhone 7 randomly restarting It's Sounds like a hardware problem with your main iphone7 board. This is the most common cause of unexpected restarts. You must get a genius bar appointment at your nearest apple store and tell them your issue. They will most probably replace your phone. If you don't have a local Apple store number, contact AppleCare (800) 275-2273 and describe the issue to them. It's within the realm of possibility that it's software related, but it's rare for software issues to cause this. If you want to rule that out, perform a restore and set it up as new, then monitor for continued problems. |
