iphone 6 no ringer, hands free greyed out

iphone 6,no water damage, all look's ok but no ringer,
cant activate hands free during calls because the icon is greyed.
changed bottom flex complete not solved, changed front camera flat not solved.
stand by mode if i push volume keys appear on display "ringer" but cant set volume (empty bars).
during calls the speaker audio works normally and i can up and down volume by keys normally.
if i change ringer the phone just vibrate and no sound.
if i try to modify vol ringer by settings the display show me bluetooth...but bt is not active, and i can up and down only by cursor on display, the keys dont works.
no keys sound,no lock screen sound.
idea's about?

It seemed that your iPhone's ios system went wrong. Did you fix them successfully? If not, then you could try to use any professional iOS system repair tools to deal with it without losing your data.
