iPhone 7 no sound on calls after som time - GSM-Forum

Hello and thank you for let me join you guys on this forum.
Sorry for my english, im from scandinavia.

I have a ip7 with a problem.

No sound og mic after some time after reboot.
When reebooting all works perfect for some time, some time 10 minutes, another time for half a day.
The the sound on calls dies, both ways. Speaker, earspeaker with mics dead. Silent when testing siri and voice record. Bluetooth calls work fine.
I see more users have the same problem on apple offercial forums. Can it be SW? Ios 11.2.2 now. Maybe if i jailbrake it, will it maybe help?
Changed frontcamera-flex og restored it with iTunes, no help.
Anyone?

Itunes wont let me Flash IOS 10.3.3 into the phone, giving me code 3194, probably because this downgrade is a «nogo»? What to do? Tried som of the advise on YouTube, but dead ends
