Question iPhone 7 Plus Error 4005, stuck in DFU

This 7 Plus from eBay has Error 4005 when you try to restore it on iTunes. It's stuck in DFU. 3utools throws "Reading random nonce," and iTunes log can't transition from DFU Mode. It's in like-new condition—no scuffs and no bend. It's also never been disassembled before now.

I'm new to microsoldering, so I don't really know where to start. I've tried a different battery and charge port, as well as disconnecting secondary components like the screen. I've tried different computers and different cables. Is it probable it's the NAND? Should I go ahead and try to reball it?

Here's the tail-end of the iTunes log.
Code:
[04:13:45.0664] WinDFU::ResetDevice: resetting...
[04:14:00.0905] WinDFU::FinalizeDfuUpdate: success

There are multiple reasons that causes iPhones get in DFU mode. You may want to use jc programmer to get rid of DFU, they just launched selling one. I personally didnt get a chance to try it but it worth it

NAND doesn't communicate with the CPU, so it's stuck in DFU. Format and reball the NAND.

Error 21, 9, 2009, 4005, 14, 40 usually indicates NAND flash or CPU malfunction. You can check the video below.
