iphone 7 starts with logo then black screen


hi every body

i have iPhone 7 that starts normally but after few seconds device screen get black and iTunes recognize it as recovery mode.

i tried to restore it but some times iTunes crashes some times get error 6 same thing on 3 different PCs.

i try change battery and LCD with no luck
device can enter dfu mode but if enter recovery mode recovery screen (iTunes logo with cable) not appear and lcd still black.


pls give me help or any idea to solve this problem??

Check voltage through PP_3V0 NAND and write it here, if it's recognized in DFU mode it could likely be NAND related, check all the voltages through the NAND.
