{{{READ}}} There is a problem with your iphone. iphone 7

ok guys before I begin. here is my issue. bought a iphone 7 plus of classified ads. all checked out however when I get home this is the message I'm getting as I try to set up the phone.

there is a problem with your iphone.
this iphone cannot be activated for service. please contact your carrier or applecare.

i have tried almost everything (apple claims its a apple blacklisted device but everything checks out so I'm a little confused. the phone seems to be unlocked as when I put in a sim I get service bars and LTE so I can activate through cellular data. but the message above wont let me get passed to complete the process.

i check the GSX apple server info and this is what I get, hoping one could shed light,

Apple GSX report including carrier and country.

Activation Policy Details Operation Id: Applied Activation Details: Applied Activation PolicyID: UYgxnGOLDxulbq396Qpxjy UK TMobile Orange. 302 Bluetooth Mac Address: First Unbrick Date: ICCID: 17 or 07 or 17 IMEI Number: Initial Activation Policy Details: Initial Activation Policy ID 3565610807xxxxx UK TMobile Orange. Last Restore Date: Last Unbrick Date : Mac Address : MEID : Next Tether Policy Details : Next Tether Policy ID : UK TMobile Orange. 302 Part Description: Product Version: Unbricked : iPhone 7 10.3.2 false Unlock Date: Unlocked : false

Also I obtained the SOLD TO info and this is what I came with

IMEI : 35381808xxxxxx
Model : iPhone 7 PLUS MM GOLD 128GB
SoldTo : VERIZON WIRELESS
Warranty start : 2016-12-01
Warranty end : 2017-11-30
Phone age : 0 year(s) 4 month(s) 10 day(s)

things I have done already.,

Called Apple and after an hour of digging around as they could not see anything wrong they told me that the phone is bricked by apple as its a apple stolen device, I took it to the apple store and they told me to beat it as they cant service the phone. I have tired black Sim JV sim and nothing, tired to Update, restore and still same error message as mentioned and light from the data would be great.

Some times apple locks the phone as per saying on the carrier Request because of lost report by the actual owner of the device. And some times it becomes bricked because of jailbreaking it, etheir way you need to have original proff of purchase to show them, they will fix it,
