Possibly yes, need to reflash modemnvm_factory /modemnvm_backup/ modemnvm_system from fully working same model and version phone backup.

HCU CANT REMOVE FRP ON HUAWEI LUA-L23
software does not autodectet
when tried to select huawei android phone(mtk cpu)it ask for com port
when clicked on com was empty,was confused

but later did with dc unlocker frp pack

You need to put on autodetect check mark if you want software to detect it autmatically instead of selecting com port, but glad it worked out in the end on DC-unlocker.
