Application not open
 

Hello team,
My win10 just updated to 1903. And now both HCU and DC Unlocker can not opened.
It is only appear on task bar, but the application window is not show.
My work around :
- download and extract new downloaded program.
- remove driver and else, but still can't open.

Please have a look.

Please try to run as administrator or check compatibility options, see if it changes anything for you as here it runs perfectly on updated windows.

Finally it's work. Not about the admin rights or compatibility issue.
It can be run after I installed BlackBerry desktop 600_b047_multilanguage.exe

Maybe it has the lost dependencies ?
