We have only factory firmwares, new models that were added are currently flashable in upgrade/fastboot modes with stock roms.

Files will be prepared and uploaded in time. At the moment no exact date for when factory firmware files for new phones will appear. Maybe you have a bricked phone?

If you still have Che1 phone please take log file like so:
Open DC-Phoenix software, press CTRL + L, try to flash your phone, after unsuccessful flashing can close program. Go to directory where DC-Phoenix is placed, there will be log file saved with .dgtkl extension, send it to us and we will check things more closely.

Hello, please provide more details. In what mode you are trying to flash it, is it the only partition that fails?
