What do you mean? You provided SN and we checked the problem and replied which was what you queted: "Follow server records you writing OTA update, not full firmware."
Which means you need to write full stock rom not OTA update into your phone if you want to repair it.

Please do this:
1. Restart HCU software.
2. Login with your account on software.
3. Right click on memo area make sure "enable debug logging" has a check mark.
4. Detect your device. Try to erase FRP, after error do rest of the steps
5. Right click on memo area and save "debug log file".
6. Send that file to me, please.

I checked again, one more what you doing wrong, is that you try write different firmware without rewriting factory board firmware .
After write factory firmware you can write only one version firmware. If you want try other firmware, you need rewrite factory board at first.
If there problem finding working huawei firmwares we hope offer it in near future.

You need to use method 2 from dc-phoenix guide if you hope to ever repair it. Make sure you have full stock rom of your phone otherwise repair impossible.

flashed by DC Phoenix v39 use Method 2.
Phone everything ok. not damaged imei,serial,wifi,bluetooth.
