I recieve device in Bootloop condition , I don't what really happened .
I ask owner I said I was using and it sudently stop to work , maybe true .
I receivved it with that version : DUB-LX1 8.2.0.143(C185
only that seem match with phone firmware :
Dubai-L01 8.2.0.142(C185CUSTC185D1)_Firmware_8.1.0_r1_EMUI8. 2
but I'm getting error to unbrick it . any assistance would be welcome

phone is not supported for flash
try erecovery to download and install latest firmware
