Huawei P20 Lite ANE-LX2J Stuck on Update Failed
even after successfull update with DC Phoniex

I have flashed this file to it

What i am missing ?

Hard to tell when device is already bricked. Your best chance to revive it is to flash with firmware that was in it prior to brick.

try another firmware either different area it happen with me with old huawei phone give pass but stuck at failed on phone screen .. so bro. try different language and see also if there is factory flash may help..........goodluck

This was the firmware in the phone when it tried to update via wifi.

I found this version online, but it is OTA Update.app

Dc is giving error flashing this firmware.

Can anybody help me finding this firmware ?

2 problems as I see it: wrong flash + downgrade. First try to update oemimfo for new software then flash it. Avoid downgrade.
