Activation should work with any Infinity Smart-Card, even if it was released in year 2005.

I have activate HCU on my Infinity dongle. At first all goes well. HCU and Phoenix see my dongle and working fine. But after some time HCU dont see my dongle anymore!
There is "Change account type" button, but it dosent help. What can be wrong?

be sure that you have only one dongle connected to PC at a time.
also, to check your dongle, run Infinity DongleManager and read dongle S/N. is it Ok ?

All infinity products is working. DC-Phoenix is working (see dongle). DC-unlocker working:

No such dongle id was found to begin with, and before requesting for transfer make sure you meet all the requirement.
