Thanks.

Then upload them to some website and paste link with a space somewhere in it as you won't be able to put links as well.

None of the screenshots you added shows what i asked you to show. I need to see device manager window and how your phone appears there, it's most likely reason why you can't detect it on software since computer does not see it correctly either.

Hello,

Here are the screenshots again:

1. https :// mega. nz/#!4LBBjRBY!Pr5Up_w1KkzU7VdjYkX670rxUIC-churCKSjijX-vjI

2. https :// mega. nz/#!JSgBgKDB!eemDY56SrZBsXyULX_Xl-X08dznxDNnc8CmBe798Y8Q

When I put the phone on "manufacture mode" automatically appears in the computer that is installing drivers, but at last it don't install none.

When open the Device Manager (the computer where I work on is in Spanish, so it appears "Administrador de Dispositivos") as how it appears in the first screenshot, the part that says "otros dispositivos" (other devices) appears my phone "ALP-L29", but there is a yellow symbol that it means I have to install drivers, but I try it and it seems that Windows can't find it and install it.

Thanks in advance.

Is it only me, or does anybody else have a problem with Win10 Defender reporting HCU as a virus ?
I have to disable Defender to run HCU everytime.

It wasn't reported by the scans, what exact message it gives/virus it detects?

Hi,
It reports it as a trojan "Zpevdo.A" and will delete (quarantine) HCU.exe.
This has happened from the very first version of HCU.
I have the latest updates to Win10Pro and Win Defender installed.

For some reason I can't attach a screenshot, upload keeps failing, but see here:-

Cheers.
