Hey there,

My HCU client account is locked to other PC as it says:

Before detection connect cable to usb and enable Manufacture mode !

ProjectMenu
1.Background setting
2.USB ports setting
Select Manufacture mode

I am 100%100 sure I didn't share my account details with anyone. Then how it's locked to other PC?

Please remove the lock. Also how I can change my password?
