i have found a solution to activate qdloader 9008 who can be detected by DCPHOENIX, becuse ort 9006 can't flash the fone, the solution is to shortcut this two point and insert usb cable like in the attachment, and now hone is working again

i have repaid sn imei vendor country.... with HCU tool, the network is connected but can't make calls, can you help please

You may need to restore modemnvm_factory /modemnvm_backup/ modemnvm_system - read them from same model working phone and flash them into one that does not work/can't make calls.

Try disabling antivirus software temporary while launching HCU. Make sure you are not trying to launch it from Virtual Windows Machine.

No, but thank you, need full version backups of the phones only.
