good afternoon I write to see if you can help me with the following my hcu does not read the information of any phone, is placed in single-mode, has time like this, before if it worked well, but I always give the same error as check if the equipment is fastboot mode or monofactura, I hope you can help me thanks

Hello, sorry do not quite understand, but if you can not detect device you should check device manager if phone appears there correctly to begin with.

I used this program to add a secondary IMEI to a P9L019, it was succesfull, but I cannot change the dual sim option. I can tick it but during the process the prog said this task skiped. The phone originaly was P9L09 , I flashed the oeminfo, so recognized as L19.
(I wanted to overwrite it to enable the dual SIM, in vain ....)How can I change the dual sim state ? Or you have to modify something?

You might need to flash your phone with another firmware if current one does not support dual sim.

So it is depend only on firmware, isnt it ? Cuse the firmware supports the dual sim mode, the oem,bin match with the firmware too . I have two Imei (first and second, the third is same like first ), a dual sim fw with a dual sim oem,bin but the phone not recognized the second slot. My original idea was that the probleme should solve if I (re)enable the dual sim option. But I cannot. The fw is an P9L19 so this dual sim.

Usually it is done simply by converting to dual sim, then repairing second imei. We not certain, but might be that not all firmwares supports dual sim cards.
