It doesn't show any error on server, you sure this is unlock error not detection error prior to unlock?

it just reading sim lock info and my credit lost.
you check on your server side..
no codes or unlock process but credit lost

Does phone ask to input unlock code on screen when unsupported operator sim is inside, FYI credits were added back to your account.
