How to use DC-Unlocker dongle and credit? - GSM-Forum

Hi there!

I've bought DC-Unlocker dongle and try to use it.

First I've tried execute DC-Unlocker Client program with dongle.

But, the program is not executed with message "Your account is blocked!" and terminated.

Second, I've bought new use account and small amount of credits to login.

Execute program without dongle connection, and I've tried login with my account.

But, the program is terminated with message "Server access denied (prohibited process detected)".

What can I do to solve this situation?

Are there anyone who knows the reason and solve it?

Provide s your Dongle ID, username and IP address from which you try to connect, it's seems you got blocked yourself.

I couldn't get dongle ID, because the program is not executed. Does any other way to know dongle ID without execute DC-unlocker client?

My ID is "pottery" and IP address is "1.237.245.1".

If dongle is new version it has sn printed on it's cover.

The S/N is printed on dongle as "20073397".

Your computer runs usb activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can suggest only to use dc-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for same reason may end up with a permanent block.
