try to repairing using DC Phoenix force upgrade

No, you should check if dc-phoenix directory contains all files it was downloaded with. And then check if phone pops out in device manager from current port into fastboot boot, or nothing happens during flashing.

dc-phoenix directory contains all files and phone not pops out fastboot only qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008 with testpoint .
