hi

flash with fastboot mode with version bln-l21c432b130 done
but phone not start stuck at recovery mode

i tried to do flash via upgrade mode but always software install failed

Please repair follow method 1, if this will not help, we will check for factory board firmware tomorrow.

Yes i alraedy follow it , flash done but phone stuck at recovery i should flash it via upgrade mode to fix it, but not accept any firmware with marshmallow in this mode .
Note: i already fixed problem like this in honor 8 (flash in fastboot then flash again in upgrade mode).

There should be full firmware flashed by fast boot at first, if OTA, then may not work ...
If cant solve contact us live for board fw. (Method 2)
