hcu doesn't reconize any device


Hello

drivers are installed but hcu does'nt reconize any huwei device in diag mode

Your link does not show any images. Do not quite understand what you mean by diag mode. You should check HCU page and it's tutorials for correct detection steps.

Please always use auto detect and make sure HiSuite is not running on PC.

Hi, select DB adapter port onstead of rest of detected ones, please be sure you are not using any USB Huawei Modem that could make conflict with ports....

I've tried it in another pc it works perfectly; so now I need your help to reinstall huawei drivers in the first pc; when I try to install it from your support link I get this message error

Hi, install hisuite and desactive autoopen when a huawei device is connected, just install and be sure that services related to it be unable, just for install correct drivers, I recommend you use Win7....
