Huawei EML-AL00 9.0 flashing issue

I was trying to remove Huawei id, I successfully converted it to demo from cn and everything was working fine but the demo notification was appearing so I wanted to convert to eu but it gave error at system while I was flashing it in fastboot. now phone boots up but goes straight to recovery mode.

I've tried flashing the chinese 9.0 firmware after converting to cn but it gave error because it was OTA file.

any help?
