huawei g8 problem and i cant fixed
 

hi i have huawei g8 the problem is customer makes update ota to the system and didn't complete after that phone keeps restarting and no imei inside
after flashing wih this firmware by phoinex

and also tried this

phone cant enter upgrade mode ( i allways fail to get upgrade mode after flashing complete in all huawei phones not this one only )
problem is there is red and green rectangle show at the startup then phone works normally but no imei inside
please how to solve the imei problem
