Huawei mate 10 HCU client problem


Hei.

Pleas help Huawei MATE 10 DUAL SIM:

I lost after update IMEI 1 and IMEI 2. Phone note detect SIM cards. *#06# not showing IMEI. In phone settings ABOUT PHONE info model nr...unknow. Baseband version empty/not show.

If i try restore in HCU Client IMEI1 and IMEI2, i catch this on screen

Autodetect COM port phone start!
Found COM port: COM39
FOund phone type: Huawei Android phone (Hisilcon CPU)
New IMEI 1: 866214030....... I hide last nr for secure
New IMEI 2: 866214030....... I hide last nr for secure
New bluetooth MAC: A8:0C:63:5B7:21
New WIFI MAC: A8:0C:63:5B:CF:50
New SN: QMU7N17A12005... i hide last nr for secure
New PCB SN: 7N4UAS179K0...i hide last ne for secure,
New Vendor: hw
New Model:ALP-L29

I found why this problem start. My mistake, i upgrade my ALP-L29 MATE 10 with BLA-L29 MATE 10 PRO software. After this, all IMEI-s gone

Well then make sure you flash back normal firmware if you haven't yet and then do repair.

Ok, but i cant update to correct ALP firmware. Try it do with Firmware Finder, from SD-card, from DC Phoenix, erecovery.... but all methods givs me ERROR

Phone works, and detect SIM cards, but network signal not founded.
In a HCU phone info detecting. IMEI 1 and IMEI 3 has a same numbers. That is ok? or i must to delete IMEI3

It's ok. If no network then possibly you may need modem nv partitions backup reflashed into your phone from same exact fully working mobile model, sadly we do not have them, maybe someone will be kind and will share it with you.

We try with to use from similar phone, and with same firmware options, but HCU client not support this process.

The Log window after try click HCU/Advanced/ Restore RFNV (Qualcomm) :

Wrong chipset platform!

How can i (backup) read NV partition in HCU. Maybe you know more ways to do that?
