What you need to do after flashing loader+ oeminfo is to flash full stock rom that matches oeminfo repaired details. If that does not help and phone remains alwaus in com 1 then only main board replacement can help you.

Solution to umbrick your phone is:
- after you flash bootloader Kirin960_T2_A7.0_V3
- you have to flash HLMHAAL00AM00A073_Board Software_general_7.0.0_r1_EMUI5.0_05021YVS
- in Dc phoenix select update_nv_rback.xml and flash it in advanced mode
reboot manual to update mode with usb cable in
flash the last stock firmware like 8.0.0.380 or 381+++
that's it

Thanks, but how can we fix the IMEI if it's not booting after flashing the Board Firmware that you've mentioned, it's stuck on Huawei right now after flashing the board firmware.

However the PC can detect it 'and the Adapter drivers shows up in device manager' but HCU cannot detect the phone even though drivers are installed.

can you please tell us if there is something missing?
