hello i want to change my activation 2year of hcu to infinity dongel but when i click in change no think happen an the dongel is conected in computer
please help me.

Make sure dongle is not being used by another tool on your computer.

If you still have previous hcu version try to launch it and check if dongle is detected on it please.

HCU exe doesn't ask to choose infinity dongle or username and password, simply because you need to install the correct Alcro smart card drivers. Or just uninstall the smart card drivers, then update manually into Microsoft default drivers...make sure all other dongles are disconnected. follow the pics below..good luck

What's your dongle ID, is it surely activated for HCU?
