Then you should consider that hardware is beyond repair with software.

the phone worked fine till i tried to flash it,it is not hardware problem at all

While flashing P10 plus it gave this error :

Software written
PM Writing device finished - INCOMPLETE
Cannot reboot to bootloader

Cannot update device in upgrade mode

If board software was not flashed successfully there is nothing else really.

the phone was with demo software,i folowed the instruction for flashing correcly,is there anything at all that can be done??

If device enters fastboot could try to flash same stock demo firmware that originally was in device before you broke it.

People use this tool only when phone is already damaged, so it makes no sense what you wrote. In general people break phones when they try to repair it by flashing their ota/full ota update.app files that make many phones go blank dead. RAM/Flash parts may be done after that. You can avoid damaging phone by using correct files or not using anything and not doing anything, but replacing main board on mobile instead, if one is lacking knowledge on flashing.
