Actually i had MHA-AL00 BootLoop
Successfully Recovered with Board Software
Huawei Mate 9 MHA-AL00 HLMHAAL00AM00A069 Board Software China Android 7.0 EMUI 5.0

Now there is IMEI Damaged 00000000 after trying SD Upgrade it will fail, i think is due IMEI problem...so, i cant flash official firmware.

On Supported model list Supported Huawei models & features i saw that IMEI repair is aviable.

Question,
Can we repair IMEI on Board Software ?
Does SD Upgrade fail because of IMEI 000xxxxxx ?

Yes you can repair IMEI and rest of data on HCU after board software flash. Depends on error, most likely it's version mismatch - incorrect model/vendor/country.
