please help me to convert the packup to .dgtks format

Sorry, we can't help about another programs, try to look for one on Google app store. Your phone might be demo version thus missing parts in it.

It is not sharable for public yet and even if we have backup it does not necessarily mean it is convertible into .dgtks files for using them via DC-Phoenix. And as you can see on our forum here https://forum.dc-unlocker.com/forum/...-license-offer Mate 9 does not have partitions necessary for making .dgtks backup file from it.
