I can see on database last action done on it was successful. That is stock rom and customization flashing.

This is a great team I think you are confused, first of all that is not the correct way to repair that device, you must first flash Board Software_general_8.0.0_r1 then repair what you need with HCU and finally you must load firmware stock, another error of yours is to use credits instead of a 3-day temporary license, with a 3-day license you have unlimited attempts to repair your device, don't blame the team for your lack of knowledge about the tool or devices
